How to Get in Touch with The Folks at Just Great Software

Technical Support

Before contacting us for technical support, please make sure you have the latest version of the software you are having a problem with. New versions are released often. Select Help|Check for New Versions in your software's menu to have it automatically open a web page that tells you whether you have the latest version or not. You can also see the version history for AceText, DeployMaster, EditPad Pro, EditPad Lite, HelpScribble, PowerGREP and RegexBuddy to see which version is the latest.

If you have purchased RegexBuddy, RegexMagic, or PowerGREP, the RegexBuddy user forum, RegexMagic user forum, and PowerGREP user forum are the best venue for technical support.

If you have purchased a license to a Just Great Software product, you are entitled to free technical support via email. If you have not yet bought a license but are still evaluating the software, you can receive technical support for problems that prevent you from properly evaluating the software.

When requesting technical support, please mention important details such as which version of the software you are using (you can see this by selecting Help|About from the menu) and which operating system (Windows XP, Windows 7, etc.) you are using. Try describing your problem in as much detail as you can. The more information you provide, the easier it is to locate and solve the problem, and the faster we can serve you. Otherwise, we will have to ask you for more information.
